As our new Ad Creative Graphic Designer, your mission is to bring performance-driven ideas to life through engaging, conversion-focused visuals.
You’ll design static ads, carousels, story formats, branding elements, and visual concepts that help our growth clients shine across Meta, TikTok, Google, and beyond.
You’ll collaborate closely with our video editors, creative strategists, and performance marketers to craft visuals that stop the scroll, tell a story, and scale fast.
Your Profile
✅ 3+ years of experience in graphic design (mid-level or senior), ideally in an agency or a fast-paced creative team.
✅ Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) — plus confidence working in Canva and Figma.
✅ Strong design fundamentals and an understanding of layouts optimized for performance marketing.
✅ Ability to translate creative briefs into powerful visual concepts that drive results.
✅ You’re fast, detail-oriented, and organized — able to juggle multiple projects without losing quality.
✅ You love collaboration, sharing ideas, and bringing creative energy into the room.
✅ Fluent in English (German is a plus).
